The goal of the Game is to accumulate happiness, one hour at a time.
It’s easy to play:
Count what you already do and try new ways to increase your wellbeing hours. One activity can use more than one ‘way to wellbeing’. For example having a picnic with friends could contribute two hours to your total and see you Connect (with friends), Give (share food with others), and if you take time to savour the experience, Take Notice.
Taking part and improving your wellbeing is the major prize. Your workplace, school or community can play and everybody wins.
